- Flooring: 5/8″ exterior grade plywood
- Siding: Wood Duratemp with grooves every 4″
- Sheathing: 1/2″ exterior grade plywood
- Roofing: 25 year asphalt shingles
- Doors & Windows: Heavy duty wood door, white aluminum slider windows with screens
- All buildings have gable vents
- All buildings have vinyl perma-trim “No More Rotting or Repainting”

Standard Victorian Playhouses Includes:
Dutch Door, 32″ Side Door, Two Vents, Two Windows with Shutters, Window Boxes, and Dormer Window Painted in your choice of colors or vinyl siding. Doors and Windows trimmed with PERMA-TRIM. Never needs paint, no rotting, no splitting. Fastened with stainless steel nails. All vinyl window boxes and shutters. Consider buying a playhouse for storage if local codes do not allow sheds.
Log Playhouse
Your little pioneers will enjoy playing in the safe haven of their very own Log Playhouse. The Wolf and Bear have the look of a rustic log cabin. It serves as a one-of-kind playhouse to give your children a place to let their imaginations soar. Our log cabins will enhance your landscape while providing hours of fun. When the children out grown the playhouse you can transform it into a storage shed. The log playhouse arrives fully assembled making set-up a breeze.
